itec’s Lync D&P service provides high and low level design and planning services for Microsoft Lync migration and deployment.
Lync D&P can be delivered as part of itec’s Lync ECO system to furnish customers with an end to end Lync service delivery platform or as a design and planning module to complement customers’ Lync skill sets and strategies.
itec’s highly accredited Microsoft Lync consultants work with customers and end users in order to design a Lync infrastructure, design an integration strategy with 3rd party UC&C components, create a migration plan for seamless user transition and
develop acceptance test procedures in accordance with customer key objectives for UC&C strategy.
Each element at design phase is documented and the customer will be presented with a portfolio of design documents, topology schematics and a bill of materials required which can be used to prepare systems, create configurations and procure appropriate equipment for the Lync project.
